Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. For accurate pricing and occupancy, please include the number and ages of children in your party when booking.

Pets

We love animals, but pets are only permitted when the entire house is booked exclusively. At other times, our dog Eva has the run of the house.

Quiet Hours

Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 09:00.

Parties & Events

To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
